my story
This story started probably like every lover of Indian culture a long time ago. I was fascinated by thoughts about how such a big country looks like, how people and animals live there. In school we learned of the Elephants in the India or about tiger from the bengal, but we never went any deeper. What made me even more excited was a Indiana Jones story especially movie temple of the doom. I did like this movie a lot as a boy.
During my university studies, on postgradually student I was given the opportunity to go and present my research at a partner university in Kochi (Karela State). The university was holding a scientific international conference so I decided to go.
The first contact with the India really surprised me. Not because of I got a slap from the 35 degree heat in January but because of the amount of, from my point of view, nonsens controls which I never experienced before . India is more bureaucratic the Slovakia is.
The European in India project was initiated by my friends when they kept asking me for stories about my travels and adventures in India. However, I have never been a person who has shown up in the media or social media in any special way.
A lot of materials and experiences had been covered by dust. So I have decided to create a space for people from Europe where they can always find something inspiring in this particular country and plan trip there. During my journey I have met a lot of great people who kept me motivated to make this project happen. Do not take this as a propagation of most populat places in India,.but as a propagation of the places which needs to be looked or waiting to be discover by the tourist.
I know that India is not about Taj Mahal only as a modern wonder of the world, but also a multitude of other places, beauties and experiences that this country can offed in a comprehensive way.
I hope that on my website, you will find exactly what you are looking for on this website and, like me, you will travel to a new places in India for a adventures, exploration and relaxation.
