General terms and conditions for European in India

Reservation and payment Your contract is concluded with LeXtom s.r.o., which is the owner of the European in India project. A tour reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your full payment for the reservation. The listed prices for individual tours are valid for one person. Payment for the tour must be paid in advance at the time of booking, otherwise the reservation cannot be considered confirmed.

Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour price. Cancellation of the reservation must be notified in writing and takes effect on the day LeXtom s.r.o. will receive written notice of cancellation.

Cancellation of the reservation no later than one month before departure: If you cancel a paid reservation no later than 60 calendar days before the planned departure, you will be refunded the full amount of the paid trip, after deducting an administrative fee of 5% of the total price of the trip. If you cancel your reservation 60-30 days before departure, you will be refunded 70% of the tour price, the remaining 30% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation less than a month before departure: If you cancel your reservation less than 30 calendar days before departure, no part of the amount paid will be refunded.

Prices: All listed prices for individual tours are valid for one person. In the case of solo travelers, we will provide complete services, including cooperation with local guides as needed.Cancellation less than a month before departure: If you cancel your reservation less than 30 calendar days before departure, no part of the amount paid will be refunded.

Group tours: Our longer trips and tours are designed for groups with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 7 people. If you prefer an individual trip, we will provide you with all the necessary services to make your experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible.

Guides: Every guide we provide will be certified by the Government of India and will have a signed service contract for the European in India project. We hereby guarantee the quality and professionalism of the provided guide services.

Itinerary changes: If you decide to change your travel arrangements or other details after your tour has been confirmed, we will try to accommodate your requests, but fees associated with such changes may apply, subject to individual supplier terms and conditions.

Responsibility

Responsibility: LeXtom s.r.o. accepts responsibility for those parts of your tour that are fully under its control. However, we are not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical problems with transportation, or any other unforeseeable events.

Complaints: LeXtom s.r.o. makes every effort to make your trip go smoothly and according to plan. If any problems occur during the tour, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation on the spot. If it is not possible to solve the problem directly during the tour, you can submit a written request to solve the problem no later than 7 days after returning from the tour.

Legal procedures: All disputes arising in connection with this contract or its performance will be resolved in accordance with the law of the Slovak Republic.

Complications Service: In case of any problems or complications that you cannot resolve directly with our team during the tour, please contact our customer service at the telephone number or email address provided in the booking confirmation. Our teams are available to help you with any issues that may arise during your stay in India.

These general terms and conditions are an integral part of your contract with LeXtom s.r.o. for the European in India project. LeXtom s.r.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
